We are very excited to announce that WOMAD Las Palmas will be taking place from the 11th to 14th November 2021. This will be the first WOMAD Festival in Europe for over 18 months and we look forward to celebrating with our many friends on the islands who have had such a difficult time. WOMAD will be bringing an exciting line-up of fabulous musicians, from the islands, across Spain and many parts of the world alongside our programme of workshops and films.
Whilst the festival is a free event this remains a difficult time for many people, none more so than the victims of the volcanic eruption taking place on the neighbouring island of La Palma, where many have lost everything. Please consider making a donation to support the island’s residents and help them rebuild their lives. Click here.
