Tantalising smells and tastes jostle for space in the souk-like market at WOMAD. At the various stalls there’s so much to discover and play with, for adults and children alike. And then there’s the food, a far cry from a burger van, you can travel across the globe with your taste buds and explore everything from South American fare to delicious morsels from across India, Africa and Asia, right the way through to the more English tea and cake.

Trading in the Campsite and Arboretum starts at 8am on Thursday 26th July and finishes at 12Noon on Monday 30th July 2018. Trading in the arena starts at Approx. 3pm on Thursday 26th July and closes at 2am Sunday 29th July 2018.
Arrival and Departure Times
All traders need to arrive by 6pm Wednesday 25th July 2018.
All traders need to leave the site by 6pm Monday 3Oth July 2018.
Traders cannot leave the Arena until 5am Monday 30th July 2018.
Traders cannot leave the campsite or Arboretum until 2.30pm on Monday 30th July 2018.
Power and Water
All Power and Water must be purchased through the festival. No generators will be allowed on site. Power will be up and running between Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th 12Noon.
Plug in temporary power will be available for any caterers bringing in fridges on Monday 23rd July 2018.
1 x water connection will be included in the catering pitch fee, all other water connections to be purchased separately.
Sale of Alcohol
All sale of alcohol is prohibited, and unfortunately we are unable to take applications for running bars or selling alcohol of any sort.

Do’s and Don’ts
There is a list of Do’s and Don’ts in the Rules and Regulations that you must sign to send in your application. Please make sure you read it.
ALL Traders without exception must have public and employees liability insurance in order to trade at the WOMAD festival. These must be uploaded onto the Eventhalo system, with your application and will not be accepted as an attachment to an e email.
There are other documents needed by caterers: Gas Safe Certificate PAT Test, Risk Assessment, Food Safety Documents, we recommend that you use the NCASS web site, to upload these documents, otherwise please upload on to the Event Halo site. Please tick box to let us know where you will be uploading the documents.
