Ticket FAQs

We hope we can answer questions about tickets using the information below. If you would like to find out more, please email info@womad.org.

We regret that WOMAD does not offer refunds on tickets. You can sell tickets on if you cannot use them. For ticket enquiries please contact us here. 

How will tickets be sent to me?
Tickets will not be posted but emailed to you when you have purchased them through womad.co.uk. They will be attached to your email. You will need to either print out your tickets or download them to a mobile device to present at the gates when you arrive on site.

Is parking and camping included in the price of my ticket?
Yes. Your ticket for the weekend includes parking your vehicle (unless you are taking a camper van) and camping area. You can bring your own camping facilities or you can book a Camp WOMAD tent to have pitched for when you arrive. For more information on this, please see our Camp WOMAD page here. 

Can I buy a Thursday or Friday day ticket?
No. Tickets available to buy are:
4 day – Thursday to Sunday
3 day – Friday to Sunday

How do I purchase a disabled ticket and apply for a carer’s ticket?
Select a disabled ticket from the main tickets menu and proceed with the sale, then please complete the disabled form, stating details of the carer and documentation of disability.
If you wish to apply for a carer’s place or disabled camping, please complete the form.

Is it possible to add a children’s or teenage ticket to my order?
Yes. Children aged 13 or under go for free, but will still need a ticket.

Teenage tickets are available to 14-17 year olds. These ticket holders must be accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian aged 22 years or over.* One ticket holding parent/guardian can only accompany up to four people under the age of 18.

*You will be required to register all teenagers when you purchase the tickets, providing the names of the teenagers you are bringing. You will also require proof of age identification on site. Teenagers will not be admitted without their parent or guardian.

I’ve booked a pre-pitched tent in Camp WOMAD, can I add camping accessories to my order?
Yes. You can purchase deluxe foam mattresses, sleeping bags and pillows from our ticketing page. Simply scroll down to find the individual items and enter the amounts you require, then proceed to payment using the green button at the very bottom of the page. These purchases will be emailed to you, same as the tickets. All camping and tents will be pre-pitched before you arrive. Please follow signs to Camp WOMAD where staff will take you to your assigned tent on site.
