Car share schemes

goCarShare

Life's a journey - share it.

With the average 100 mile car journey leading to over 20kg of CO2 being produced, goCarShare has the potential to reduce the festival's carbon footprint considerably.

It's a great way to save money if you are driving and, as it is built around Facebook, you can find people who like the same music, or who have friends in common.

goCarShare has a pricing formula that works out a fair, recommended contribution for passengers to pay drivers so that both save money. It's also a fun way to travel and reduces congestion onsite.

Use goCarShare to travel to WOMAD and be in with a chance to win FREE TICKETS for next year! Simply register on the widget below.

Freewheelers

Freewheelers, a great online service which allows you to offer or request lifts to and from the festival.

So if you have a space in your car or are happy to leave yours at home and join someone else for the journey, please visit Freewheelers to WOMAD and sign up.

Please note that all lifts offered or accepted are private and WOMAD cannot accept responsibility for any arrangements made.
