
Camping in the general campsite and the family campsite is included in your ticket along with parking your car in the general car parks.

The Family Camping area is within the main campsite - please ask stewards for directions on arrival. Space is allocated on a first come first served basis.
You will require a Campervan Ticket if you plan to stay in a sleep-in vehicle or caravan. Tickets are very sought after. Please book early to avoid disappointment. (This is also necessary for those taking their campervan/caravans into the Disabled Camping.)
If your vehicle does not adhere to the following rules you will not be allowed access into the campervan/caravan field.

Electric wheelchair hire is available from Fair Mobility on site. You can pre book the hire of an electric scooter/manual wheelchair by calling 01949 845 189 or online at www.fair-mobility.org.uk.
Campervans and caravans are permitted into the disabled campsite but a campervan ticket must be purchased in order to do so.
There are disabled toilets within disabled camping area and at locations throughout the arena.
Adapted showers will be available within the disabled camping area.
General Assistance at the Festival At the disabled campsite the staff can advise you of specific arrangements on site. They are in radio contact with other staff and will be your main point of contact at the festival.
Your tent will be pre-pitched and waiting for you to arrive, your airbed pumped, your sleeping bag unrolled, and your pillow plumped. See below for your options:

Hearthworks are delighted to be back again for 2012 providing the best in boutique Festival accommodation, with a new range of interiors and more choice than ever before.
Why not treat yourself to a comfortable and spacious Tipi or Yurt, with a range of sizes to suit couples, families or large groups of friends. All our Tipis come complete with rain-catchers, waterproof groundsheets and carpet flooring. Hearthworks Yurts are all full height Yurts and have a central skylight window, waterproof groundsheet and carpet flooring. Our optional furnishings package includes rugs, cushions, bolsters, sheepskins, backrests, tables and lanterns.
Fancy a good night's sleep? You can even book futon mattresses complete with sheets, duvet, pillows and woollen blanket.
We want your time at WOMAD to be as relaxing as possible, so that you can make the most of this wonderful event. Your Tipi or Yurt will be pre-erected and ready for your arrival at the Festival. Airstream Facilities are pleased to offer a limited number of beautifully fitted, luxurious Airstreams so WOMAD festival goers can revel in comfort while the rest rough it.
All units have heating and cooking facilities so you can stay cozy while the British weather does what it does best... And if the sun does decide to make an appearance just click on the air conditioning and enjoy a chilled beverage straight from the ample fridge/freezer.
The units comfortably sleeps between 2 and 5 people. They have hot showers and toilet facilities. They are fully equipped with all the mod cons including: TV, Ipod docking station, HiFi, linen, basic cooking equipment and tea/coffee facilities.

Offering a range of pre built alternative accommodation to make your WOMAD that bit more special. Podpads are set up in a secure field shared with the tipis and WOMAD Camping with decent toilets and showers. The area has 24/7 security at the entrance and is sited very close to the Main Arena, near the Arboretum and Radio Three stage.
Here you can escape the hassles of carrying your tent, finding camping space, erecting tents, flapping canvas, noisy neighbours and the inevitable take-down and trying to repack your tent into a bag(designed only to ever fit at the point of leaving the factory). This is the real luxury alternative to Eurohike camping and by far the quirkiest alternative luxury accommodation out in the field today.
Is built and furnished, ready for you when you arrive and when you leave site, you simply return the keys and walk away, leaving it all behind you. Bijou, boutique and perfectly formed your podpad accommodation is solidly built from quality plywood with a lockable door and has a solid floor with carpet. Fitted out with shelf, mirror, interior light and 12v electrics (powered by the sun) and curtains on the tinted windows, your accommodation has twin or double off-the-floor beds with airmattress to suit. So all you need to bring is bedding, nightgowns and slippers. Suitable to sleep 2 people.
Is a spacious 4 meter diameter traditional British canvas bell tents which is all ready for you when you arrive on site - pre-erected and kitted out with groundsheet, floor-covering and 4 inflated airbeds as standard. Suitable to sleep 2 or 4 people.

Cart to Camp will be located near the main entrance to Red Camp site. Remember to bring a deposit (£50.00 which is fully refundable) or ID - (driving license). Once the trolley is returned your deposit (or ID) will be returned less the hire charge.
Hire Charge: £10.00 for 1 hour 30 minutes - then £2.00 per every 10 minutes thereafter.
